Table Top Sealers
Hand-Operated Impulse Heat Sealers for Bags & Pouches
Compact Fujiimpulse impulse sealers for a bench or shop counter. Set the heating time, press, and hold until the beep — the element heats only during each seal, so there is no warm-up.
No Warm-Up, No Standby Heat
The element is powered only while you seal. P, PC and FS models have no power switch — plug in and seal.
Standard 110 V Outlet
North American models run on 110 V: 240–560 W for P, PC and FS models, 960–1,350 W for the T-K series.
Small Footprint
The P-200 is just 72 × 310 × 180 mm and 2.2 kg (4.9 lb) — easy to move between benches.
Cooling Lamp & Beep
A red lamp shows heating, a blue lamp shows cooling, and a beep tells you when to release — cooling under pressure is what makes a clean, strong seal.

P / PC Series
The simplest table top impulse sealers — 200 mm and 300 mm, with or without cutter
Set the heating time, press the lever with one hand, and hold it until the beep. PC models add a slide cutter to trim the bag end or make bags from tubing. Made in Japan.

FS Series
Hold the bag with both hands and press the table — 200 mm and 300 mm
A push-down table clamps and seals the bag while both hands keep it straight. Rounded resin body that suits a shop counter. FS-315: stocked in Chicago, ships in 2–3 business days.

T-K Series
For thick gusset bags such as coffee and tea bags — 120 mm and 220 mm
Braided heating elements on both jaws and a cam mechanism with about 100 kg of sealing pressure seal four-layer gusset backs and aluminum-metallized bags. Made in Japan.
Need help choosing a table top sealer? Contact Fuji-Sotex with your bag size and material. The FS-315 ships from our Chicago warehouse, and genuine replacement parts (heating elements, PTFE sheets, silicone rubber) ship from our Deerfield, Illinois facility, typically within 10–14 days.
Compare Fujiimpulse Table Top Impulse Sealers
Table top sealers — also called tabletop impulse sealers, hand sealers or tabletop heat sealers — are the simplest way to close poly bags and pouches on a bench or counter. Fujiimpulse makes three hand-operated types: the P and PC (Poly Sealer®) series you press with one hand, the FS shop sealers with a push-down table that leaves both hands on the bag, and the T-K series with double-side heating for thick gusset bags. Fuji-Sotex has been the Fujiimpulse team in North America since 2008, supplying commercial users with machines, advice and genuine parts.

Max. film = total thickness of all layers, polyethylene/polypropylene (P, PC, FS: nylon, PVA and laminates up to 0.1 mm; T-K: laminates up to 0.5 mm, polypropylene, nylon and PVA up to 0.4 mm). All models: heating time 0.1–1.6 s, no date printer. Fujiimpulse’s model-selection guideline for all of them is up to about 1,000 bags per day. “On order” = imported from Japan, typically 4–8 weeks. What Is a Table Top Impulse Sealer?
An impulse sealer closes a plastic bag by pressing the two layers of film against a thin heating element and sending current through the element for a short, set time — an “impulse”. The film melts, then fuses while it cools under pressure. Because the element heats only during each seal, there is no warm-up, no standby heat and very little power use between seals.
A table top impulse sealer is the hand-operated, bench-top version: you set the heating time on a dial (0.1–1.6 s on Fujiimpulse models) and press a lever, a table or a handle. Commercial users seal small batches of food, parts, stationery, medicine and retail goods with them — Fujiimpulse lists bakeries and confectioners, noodle makers, vegetables, books and magazines, metal products and parts among typical FS users.
How to Choose a Table Top Sealer
- Bag width. Choose a seal length longer than your widest bag: 120 mm (T-130K), 200 mm (P-200, PC-200, FS-215), 220 mm (T-230K) or 300 mm (P-300, PC-300, FS-315).
- Bag thickness and type. For ordinary polyethylene or polypropylene bags up to 0.2 mm total, any P, PC or FS model works. For thick laminated, aluminum-metallized or gusset bags such as coffee and tea bags, choose the T-130K or T-230K with double-side heating.
- How you hold the bag. With the P and PC series you hold the bag with one hand and press the lever with the other. With the FS series you hold the bag straight with both hands and press the table down, which helps with soft or loose contents and gives straighter seals.
- Seal width. P and PC models make a 2 mm seal, or a fusion-cut seal that melts and cuts the film with the included element. FS models ship with a 5 mm element (a 2 mm element is included). T-K models make a 10 mm braided-element seal.
- Trimming or bag making. If you trim bag ends or make bags from poly tubing, choose the PC-200 or PC-300 with the slide cutter.
- Lead time. The FS-315 is stocked in Chicago and ships in 2–3 business days. Other table top models are made in Japan and imported on order.
- Volume. These hand-operated sealers are rated up to about 1,000 bags a day. Above that, or if you need longer seals or temperature control, see our foot-operated impulse sealers and electric impulse sealers. To remove air before sealing, see our vacuum sealers.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a table top impulse sealer, and does it need to warm up?
A table top impulse sealer is a compact heat sealer for a bench or counter. Its heating element is powered only during each seal: you press the lever (or table, or handle), the element heats for the time you set, then the seal cools under pressure. There is no warm-up and no standby heat, and Fujiimpulse P, PC and FS models have no power switch.
Which tabletop heat sealer can seal thick gusset bags for coffee or tea?
The T-130K and T-230K. They heat the bag from the top and the bottom with braided heating elements and apply strong sealing pressure, so they can seal bags up to 0.5 mm total thickness. On a gusset bag the back is four layers thick, so each film layer can be up to about 0.125 mm. The T-130K seals 120 mm and the T-230K seals 220 mm.
Which table top sealer can seal and cut at the same time?
The PC-200 and PC-300. After sealing, while still holding the lever down, you slide the cutter knob to trim the excess bag end, about 7 mm (PC-200) or 10 mm (PC-300) from the seal line. You can also use them to make bags from poly tubing. The P and PC models also come with a fusion-cut element that melts and cuts the film.
Which table top sealer ships fastest?
The FS-315. It is made in Vietnam, engineered in Japan, and stocked in our Chicago warehouse, so it ships in 2–3 business days. The other table top models are made in Japan and imported on order, typically in 4–8 weeks depending on the model and season.
How thick a bag can a table top sealer seal?
Figures are the total of all layers being sealed. The P, PC and FS series seal polyethylene or polypropylene up to 0.2 mm, and nylon, PVA or laminated film up to 0.1 mm. The T-130K and T-230K seal laminated film up to 0.5 mm, polyethylene up to 0.6 mm and polypropylene, nylon or PVA up to 0.4 mm. Always run a test seal with your own bag.
When should I choose a foot-operated or electric sealer instead?
Fujiimpulse's model-selection guideline for these hand-operated sealers is up to about 1,000 bags a day. If you seal more than that, need both hands free on every bag, need longer seals or need temperature control, look at our foot-operated and electric impulse sealers.
